Do I have to change my number?+
No — you keep your own number and your phone rings exactly as it does now. During setup you switch on “forward when I don’t answer” (one tap fires a standard network code), so any call you don’t pick up goes to ReplyBack instead of straight to voicemail. We text the caller back from there.
What happens to my voicemail?+
ReplyBack replaces voicemail for the calls you miss. Instead of ringing out to a message no one hears until later, an unanswered call is passed to ReplyBack, which texts the caller back within seconds. In setup we help you time it so ReplyBack catches the call a moment before voicemail would.
Is it spammy or even legal?+
It's completely above board. ReplyBack only ever texts people who called you first — it's a reply to their enquiry, not cold marketing — and every message honours STOP opt-outs, in line with UK spam and marketing rules.
